New Seasonal Planned for March

Chief's Imperial IPA is in the works and on the schedule to be brewed using Canadian 2-row barley malt, Aromatic Malt, Crystal 40L Malt and Malted White Wheat with Cascade, Willamette and Brewer's Gold hops.  We plan to package late February for a March availability within all of our distribution territories.

Planned to reach 10% ABV and 100+ IBU's we will be packaging Chief's in 22oz bombers, 1/2 BBL and 1/6 BBL kegs.


2008 Seasonal Release

Our 2008 Saint Florian Doppelbock is in the tank!  The 2007 Saint Florian proved to be a proud accomplishment following 12 months of cellaring.  If you haven't tried this beer, you should.  We expect to package out and have it available no later than the 3rd week  of January.

Available in bottle conditioned one liter swing-top bottles, 1/2 BBL and 1/6 BBL kegs.  Buy 6, 1 to drink now and 5 to cellar.  You won't regret it!

Fireman's Pail Ale

Fireman's Pail is now one of our year-round beers available in 22oz. bombers, 1/2 BBL and 1/6 BBL kegs.

Our Bronze Medal Winning "Wye Winter Wassail” Spiced Lager went through a secondary fermentation with the addition of the following imported spices;
 
Vietnamese Cinnamon, Chinese Ginger Root, Grenadian Nutmeg, Honduran Allspice, Madagascar & Ceylon Cloves and a special blend of Black Tellicherry Peppercorns and Mysore Green Peppercorns from India, Sarawak White Peppercorns from Borneo and Pink Peppercorns from the French Island of Reunion.

It is available at select bars and restaurants in New Hampshire,
Vermont and New York City.

Available only as a draft beer this year, look for its return next year
in draft and 22oz bombers.

BackDraft Chocolate Porter 22oz bombers were available at the brewery for about a week.  It has now all been shipped out to our distributors throughout New England, New York and Pennsylvania.  We expect to brew another tank in the next week so look for its arrival 3 weeks after that.  Currently, you can still purchase growlers at the brewery or look for it on tap at your favorite bar or restaurant.

We have signed a distribution agreement with American Beer Distribution located in Brooklyn, NY.  Everyone at American Beer has already out-performed our wildest expectations.

We have signed a distribution agreement with Shangy's in Emmaus, PA.  We look forward to working with everyone at Shangy's to bring our high quality hand-crafted beers to the Philadelphia marketplace as well as the other eastern counties served by Shangy's.

Pompier
Our fourth in the Firehouse Ales Series, Pompier means "fireman" in French and represents our continued commitment to celebrate and honor the men and women who respond to the call day after day.  Pompier is rich and  smooth with complexities that come from a huge grain bill comprised of premium imported specialty malts, French Strisselspalt aroma hops and a 3 month aging process in oak hogsheads where it is combined with toasted French oak wood chips and champagne yeast.  Pompier is intended to be a vintage quality English-Style Barleywine with a French twist.  Appreciate its fine character and 12.1%ABV when we release this single 10 barrel batch sometime in December or you may choose to cellar it for many years to come. 

You will find Pompier on retail shelves packaged in the same 1 Liter Swing-Top bottle that has become a signature for our specialty beers.
