without skipping a beat. |

| I have been somewhat remiss in updating our history. A recent
Siebel Graduate, Damase Olsson, began working for us this month as a
Volunteer Assistant Brewer. Within the same month, Damase became a
paid employee. Quickly and seemingly effortlessly, Damase single
handedly brewed on our system and without question, earned a full-time
position with Pennichuck. A photo montage of the brewery and staff
will soon be added to this website. |

We expect case boxes, bottle labels and crowns to arrive before the end
of the month and our 6-pack carriers should be here by the 1st week of

"The Big O" is born. Our 3rd beer and 2nd in the Railyard
Series
Our first seasonal beer, an Oktoberfest! "The Big O" was brewed on
this date and expected to be released in mid September.
"The Big O" is a slang nickname for a Railroad Conductor and so named
from the "Order of Railroad Conductors and Brakemen" professional
organization, among other things. "The Big O" will weigh in at around
6.5% ABV, will be big in malt and traditional noble hop character.
Look for "The Big O" in select locations only as this is a single batch
(15bbl) seasonal that will only be found on draft. |

Brewing Company acquires a 4-head Maheen rinsing/filling/capping machine

Company, Ocean Township, NJ. We expect to begin delivering 12oz
bottles into the marketplace approximately October 1st. We are
hard at work designing the 12oz bottle labels, 6-pack and case carriers for Engine
No. 5 and 2-6-0 Mogul. |

11am - Official First Pour held at Elisha's Restaurant
Our official first pour is held at Elisha's Restuarant in Milford, NH,
thanks to the owner, Alex Loverme. Later that day we migrated down
the street to Amigo's Mexican Cantina where we met & greeted local
patron's. The owner, Mike Heeley, was our first committed
restaurant owner to promise to put us on one of his draft lines long
before Pennichuck was formed. |
